Laura Dester is an Italian multidisciplinary artist based in London. Photography, performance and moving image are used to explore concepts of space, memory and belonging, as well as the human body and the body in space. Dester’s latest multimedia project, At any given time I am only in one place, dives into the meaning of physical and emotional intimate space and the home, with its fragmentation and points of contact.
