Jessica Leader is a natural born leader. As she states: “It’s in my name. I bet you have never met anyone else with the same last name, and if you have, they are probably my long-lost cousin.” Leader is determined and considered. She is excited by researching advertising ideas and concepts, but her favourite adverts are those that are simple and clear. This is how she works, and, in this process, she believes that nothing needs to be convoluted. Beyond, advertising, she has a passion for fashion and likes to remake all her clothes to make them bespoke to her personality. She is a great listener and uses this skill to create copy that engages with people on a personal and individual level.
