Sydony Greenwood has focused on the Hans Christian Andersen version of The Little Mermaid. Greenwood designed a series of six sets – portraying the story’s turbulent emotions. To show movement, the artist included automata, and colour theory was used to represent the development of emotions. Greenwood has used a variety of texture and materials, specifically focusing on techniques like the heat press, collage, model making and colour matching inks.
Designer Nicole Siddle is inspired by the versatility of street style and views it as a way for people to express who they are without having to speak.
Sarah Creasey combines a range of physical procedures, such as painting and collage, plus working with digital software programmes.
