Sukhwinder Singh’s practice is inspired by the personal experience of living with bone cancer as a child; the work includes a selection of X-ray scans and MRI reports. The artist replicates the shapes and patterns visible within the scans through photographic illustration, and experiments with patterns found within natural landscapes. Singh uses different combinations of colours to show the images and textures seen during their cancer treatment.
