Luciana Pampalone’s black and white images evoke a sense of playful nostalgia, transforming The Peconic Bay, New York, into a 1930s setting. Her first solo exhibition at Robin Rice Gallery, New York, presents a series of images that are both contemporary and historic, disrupting chronologies and reawakening the past.
