A lot of stress, panic and anxiety attacks start to happen at a young age. Karla Witcombe wants to help out with managing these symptoms through a healthy outlet, through meditation. Meditation can help calm and ground someone through breathing exercises, visualisation of their journey, being able to understand and cope better with the thoughts that go around in someone’s head. By discovering the benefits that meditation can have on the body physically, mentally and emotionally – as well as looking at breathing exercises to help stimulate calmness. Witcombe has created a book that is mainly aimed at students between 13-21, to show them how to ground themselves through meditation.
