James Griffiths has spent the past three years studying advertising and learning about how to develop ideas from theory into practice. The mechanics of the advertising industry were a real chock to him because of the ever-changing landscape of platforms, colours, space and ideas. Throughout his degree, there have been so many unexpected outcomes and he did not expect to instantly love this industry as much as he does. One area that he finds extremely rewarding is copywriting. The process of crafting a message from words to communicate ideas and brand engagement is truly inspirational. Gaining a wider understanding of strategy is an ideal mix of logical research and creativity. This approach and mixture of skills excites him and he is looking forward to pursuing a career in the advertising industry upon graduation.
