Housna Shah’s interest lies in the luxury retail market. Her final project focuses on romantic florals and is inspired by childhood memories of Afghan folk dances and traditional weddings, as well as the work of Dolce and Gabbana and Mary Katrantzou. Sustainability is important to Shah; as such she works with digital prints and ensures that patterns are printed on recycled polyester.
