Robert Morat Galerie, Berlin, introduces a new body of work by young German photographer Claudius Schulze. State of Nature draws together a series of landscape photographs taken all over Europe. Whilst picturesque and romantic, Schulze’s imagery comprises man-made landscapes, which hold within them a desire for security from man-made climate catastrophes and the forces of a sublime and powerful nature. Humankind’s intervention transforms nature into wondrous yet artificial sceneries, as European culture has painted them since romanticism. Until 11 November.
