Alvaro Lopez Gimenez is a Spanish visual artist who experiments with gender and identity through video art and performance. Across a variety of works, Lopez Gimenez uses the human body as a tool of expression – characterised by nudity, intimacy and simplicity. He was selected for the Portrait of Britain 2018 shortlist and featured within its first ever book.
