Eyles’ work is inspired by a long-standing passion for innovation, whilst supporting those in need. His final project explores the many issues faced by refugees and migrants today, coming up with viable solutions. The product included in-depth studies into water purification and reuse in order to make an efficient system for use in remote areas: a portable refuse shower. The final design incorporates a number of previous designs and prototypes, tying multiple ideas and tests to create one solution. Eyles focused a lot of time figuring out how a system could function: what kind of water pressure is needed, what type of filter and how many of those filters would be needed to make the product self-sufficient.
