Transforming the gallery space through moving imagery, sculptural installation and electronic sound, Haroon Mirza: reality is somehow what we expect it to be at Ikon Gallery, Birmingham, demonstrates a powerful interplay between light, space and audio.
Pushing past categorisation, the works are immersive, experimental and all-encompassing, exploring the limits of human perception.
The show runs 30 November-24 February. Find out more here.
