Swab Barcelona 2015

Swab Barcelona 2015

Swab Barcelona reinvents itself in 2015. Returning for its eight edition, the four-day art fair, led by Director Joaquín Díez-Cascón, hosts a total of 65 contemporary galleries from 22 countries. Held in one of Spain’s most vibrant cities, Swab welcomes over 100 new artists and boasts a dynamic schedule of exhibitor, collectors and special events programmes. In 2015, Swab Seed, curated by David Armengol, gives voice to a series of independent proposals founded outside the margins of institutions in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin; Juan Canela presents a group of actions and interventions in Swab Performance; and De Appel Arts Center, Amsterdam, offers its expertise in Swab Fórum.
