Structures of Control

Using photography as a medium through which to examine systems of control, Rafal Milach’s Refusal – an exhibition at PGS Gallery, Sopot – presents a study of architecture, objects and social structures in the Soviet Union.

The images look to Utopian ideas whilst exploring the pervasive impact of ideology – people, items and buildings all come under scrutiny.
