Exploration and the opportunity to experiment are a fundamental part of developing creative practice. Innovation and idea generation are the foundation of the artistic process. As an illustrator, Sarah Creasey combined a range of physical procedures, such as painting and collage, plus working with digital software programmes such as Adobe and Procreate. The world around us is fertile ground for developing projects and some of today’s most pressing topics, including environmental issues, mental health and body positivity, form part of her portfolio. Editorial projects have been a source of great enjoyment, and Creasey has collaborated and designed a a range of publications as part of a larger portfolio of work.
