Documentary photographer Katie McCraw focuses on family, nostalgia and memory. She is fascinated by the circular narrative of time – how the past always has an impact on the present. Photography is a personal journey: a cathartic way in which she can process the complexities of life. Originally from the UK, McCraw has lived in Bosnia & Herzegovina for ten years where she has used photography as a therapeutic tool whilst working with various NGOs.
