Shelved (series)
Shelved (2019-2020) is a series of paintings made of objects found in abandoned rooms and vacant apartments. The objects emanate an aura and sense of presence within a space where only they remain. They act as reminders of past inhabitants and leave indications for the future. This level of interaction with these objects creates both a sense of presence and absence simultaneously.
