The Dramatis personae series represents public façades that deliberately obscure the identity of a given location. Instead, Weiss focuses on the idea of buildings existing on a public stage – giving a performance. With this title, the artist intends to emphasise the unique and individual appearance of structures which act like strong personalities in communal spaces.
