Sean Mullan

Using video, sculpture, sound and their combined associations, Mullan often exercises disruptive processes to generate a form of focus. Drown magnifies a story of life after death, before and in between. Using the marriage and divorce of moving image and sound, the film explores the anxieties of self-preservation in a world of perpetual death.
