Australian-based writer Sarah Klenbort – shortlisted for the Aesthetica Creative Writing Award 2019 – has published her work in The Guardian, Best Australian Stories, Overland, Southerly and Island Magazine. She is currently teaching Creative Writing at the University of Queensland and is running her family travelling blog Hands Across Australia. She has a Masters of Fine Art in Creative Writing and gained her PhD in English.
