Jakobsen is fascinated with everything about foam: from its aesthetic qualities, to its creation. Inspiration comes from the embodiment and functioning methods surrounding the material. Using the quality of hot glass – and the different interactions between glass bubbles – Jakobsen makes objects that urge the viewer to explore their inner landscape.
