Jacek Ludwig Scarso’s IN LIMBO is a participatory installation, originally created as part of Tate Exchange. It invites the public to ponder what they are waiting for and whether it is worth the wait. Visitors encounter “Bureaucrat Angels” who hand them forms to complete, laden with trigger questions. They then hang the documents on a wall, creating a collective artwork on what it means to wait.
