In 2015 Hannah Honeywill was part of the Aesthetica Art Prize. In 2016 she won the Wellcome Trust Arts Award. She was selected by curators to take on a residency at the Barber Institute of Fine Art in 2017 and in 2018 she was shortlisted for the Bloomhill National Sculpture Prize. She contributed to Pride Art London in 2019 and is an elected member of the Royal Society of Sculptors.
