The landscape has always been Moore’s primary source of inspiration. Following a trip to Iceland in 2017, Moore began to experiment with the process of painting, combining the detailed, mountainous layers over the loose, painterly ones. The Circle Series was part of a new series created for a debut solo exhibition in 2018.
