For Ed Freeman, the act of making art is a celebration of being human, and the naked human body, which is his main subject, is the most beautiful thing in existence. The artist regards the creation of photographic images as a way of expressing the inexpressible ideas and emotions surrounding beauty, sex, love and religion.
