Riot Glass alludes to shatterproof glass, designed to withstand violence during unrest. Throughout history until today, stone-throwing is a basic means of resistance against oppression. The artist stands behind a huge glass partition, endlessly throwing stones at it. They bounce back, leaving no mark. Suddenly, one pane shatters to dust.
