Internationally recognised poet Angela Carr – shortlisted for Aesthetica’s 2019 Creative Writing Award – has had poems published in The North, The Lonely Crowd, The London Magazine, New Writing Scotland, Mslexia, Bare Fiction, Irish Examiner, Banshee, Abridged and more. In 2019 she also won iYeats International Poetry Competition. In 2020 she featured in Lighthouse – Gatehouse Press’ new talent journal. In 2021 she was awarded the Arts Council Literature Bursary.
