Mattie Clyne’s Spring/Summer collection is inspired by the Russian and Afghan cultures connected to her family, who lived in Russia during the late 19th century through to 1914, when they were forced into exile. During this period, Clyne’s family wore traditional clothing, the spirit of which is imbued in her designs and silhouettes.
Housna Shah’s interest lies in the luxury retail market. Her final project focuses on romantic florals and is inspired by Afghan folk dances and weddings.
Ellen Winhammar has produced a children’s picture book about two frogs: Malley, the friendly protagonist, and his grumpy friend Lelou.
