Investigating today’s domestic settings through the lens of the the past, a new show at Design Museum, London, looks to the changing idea of home.
The exhibition looks to social and technological aspirations, bringing together over 200 objects and immersive experiences that envision future dwellings.
Examples include Casa Telematica (1982), an imagined – and somewhat timely – home where TV screens are integrated into every piece of furniture.
Home Futures opens 7 November. Find out more here.
