Ruiying Feng is currently in her final year of studying Dental Medicine in Boston. Her art practice combines traditional media – such as oil painting with contemporary thinking – to examine global issues. Feng notes that Van Goghing to Space is “a commentary on the harmful effects of animal farming and the need for space exploration to habitable places.”
