Brook Hobbins is a sculptor based in the UK. Her practice moves between the contemporary portrait and narrative figuration. Works are modelled in clay and subsequently cast at a foundry – ideally in bronze editions. Inspiration comes, in part, from this transformative process. Hobbins seeks to explore the eloquence of human expression and connection; our place in the environment; our “common clay.”
