Laura Gaggero is an Italian photographer based between London and Italy. She aims to explore the relationship between empathy and photography, participatory photography and contemporary representations of women. Capturing images of the women around her stems from a need for a more present female gaze. Gaggero’s latest project is I Haven’t Said Goodbye Yet during which she embarked on a path of self-discovery through a narrative of family loss and the need to experience “healthy grief.”
